Gazpacho
3 peeled tomatoes 1 peeled cucumber 1 bunch chopped green onion 1 chopped green bell pepper 3 cups tomato juice 1/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 2 cloves sliced garlic tabasco sauce, to taste
Seed and cube tomatoes and cucumbers In blender, puree 2 tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber, onion, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 cup tomato juice and garlic. In a big bowl combine pureed mixture with everything else. Chill.
