Galician Hake 05

Galician Style Hake Serves 6:
6 slices of hake, 250 gr. each 1 kg. potatoes 100 gr. peas 1 tsp. sweet red pepper 1/4 l. oil 4 cloves garlic 1/2 onion parsley salt water
Place a casserole dish with water on heat and add the sliced potatoes with the onion, a clove of garlic, parsley and salt. When half-cooked add the hake and the peas and leave to cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic. Add the red pepper being careful not to let it burn and remove from heat. Drain the fish and potatoes and cover with the garlic sauce on top.
