Spanish Alioli
egg two pieces of garlic pinch of salt olive oil
Put a egg, two pieces of garlic, a pinch of salt in a food processor and mix all together. After add oil (olive oil) but in small quantities to maintain the emulsion, and phases not separate. That's all! You can also do it by hand without food processor. It shall be thick. We eat alioli specially with grilled meat.
